The Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake high-speed railway has officially entered the trial operation stage and is expected to be ready for operation by the end of December.
The high-speed railway connects Shanghai, Suzhou and Huzhou and is an important backbone of the Yangtze River Delta intercity rail transit network.

Since the start of construction in June 2020, the line has progressed smoothly, and the entire line has been completed in June 2024. Subsequently, the static acceptance work began in August, and in September, it entered the stage of joint debugging and joint testing. During the joint commissioning and joint test, different types of vehicles such as test trains, comprehensive test trains and re-linked train units were launched one after another, and round-trip test and pull-through test were carried out at different speed levels. Up to now, a total of 775 test trains of various types have been operated, with a cumulative testing mileage of 52,463 kilometers. Among them, the maximum speed of the comprehensive inspection train reached 385 km/h. Throughout the process, all tests are done safely, with high quality and efficiently.
